Welcome to the 5-Day Fund Your First Deal Challenge (the “Challenge”), offered by Freedom Inc, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Challenge, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Challenge.
By enrolling, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

The Challenge may be offered free, pay-what-you-can, or at a fixed price depending on the promotion at the time of enrollment.

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation, or results.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason. If you have an issue, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Challenge Format & Access

The Challenge includes (but is not limited to):

- Daily trainings
- Assignments
- Worksheets or tools
- Access to a private community or group
- Live or pre-recorded sessions
- Bonuses or supplemental materials

We reserve the right to modify content, scheduling, delivery method, or platform at any time.

Access to Challenge materials may only be available for a limited time. We do not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Results Disclaimer

The Challenge is an educational and coaching experience intended to teach general real estate investing concepts.

We do not guarantee that you will fund a deal, secure financing, purchase property, or achieve any specific financial or business result.

Your results depend on many factors including:

- Your effort
- Your financial situation
- Your market
- Your networking and communication skills
- Your execution of the strategies

Nothing in the Challenge is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You agree that Freedom Inc, LLC is not responsible for your decisions, actions, or outcomes.

5. No Professional Advice

Information provided is for educational purposes only.

We do not provide:

- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Guarantees of funding or lender approval

You should consult your own attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or licensed professional before making any investment decisions.

6. Conduct & Participation

You agree to:

- Participate respectfully in sessions and community spaces
- Not harass, bully, or intimidate other participants
- Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences within the group
- Not share or distribute Challenge materials without permission

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Challenge or community for misconduct, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Challenge materials, branding, content, videos, worksheets, and frameworks are the exclusive property of Freedom Inc, LLC.

You agree not to reproduce, share, sell, teach, or distribute Challenge content in any form.

Participation does not grant you ownership or licensing rights.

8. Confidentiality

We may share proprietary processes, strategies, case studies, or business insights.
You agree not to disclose or publicly share any confidential information learned during the Challenge.

9. Technology & Access Issues

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access Challenge content (internet connection, device, Zoom, Facebook, email, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

- Technical failures
- Access issues due to your device or service provider
- Missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts

10. Media Release (Optional for You to Keep or Remove)

By participating, you grant Freedom Inc, LLC permission to use your:

- Name
- Voice
- Image
- Testimonials
- Challenge results (if voluntarily shared)

…for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

You may withdraw permission by emailing [email protected].

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Freedom Inc, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the Challenge.
- You assume all risks related to real estate investing, networking, or implementing any strategies taught.

You release us from any claims related to your participation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
